Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you work with all insurance companies? Yes.
- Do you only do insurance work? No.
- Do you work on all makes and models? For the most part, yes. Please give us a call to see if we can help you.
- Do you take tow-in vehicles? Usually, No. Please give us a call to see if we are able to help you, or if you need to have your vehicle towed elsewhere.
- Do you offer loaner or rental cars? Unfortunately, not. We can give you recommendations for rental companies
- Do you do oil changes, brakes, new tires or other mechanical work? Usually not. We like to stick to collision work. We can give you local recommendations for other quality shops to help with your other automotive needs.
- Do you work on RV’s, Boats or Trailers? Unfortunately, no.
- Do you do glass repair? Yes, if it is part of a larger collision job. If you just need glass work done, we can give you references.
- Do you do restoration or classic car work? No. Those are often such fun cars to have in our shop and work on, but we have transitioned into solely collision work on more contemporary vehicles.
- Will you do rust abatement? Usually No. Please call us to explain what you need. If we think we can take it on, we will schedule a time for you to bring your vehicle down.
- Do you paint items that are not cars? Usually no, although in the summer/early fall we have been know to take on a few random paint projects. Check in with us to see if we can help you.
- Do you work on fiberglass? No.
- Do you do clear bras, rhino-lining, or powder coating? Not in house. We have some great recommendations, if you are neeidng this.
